Description

Great low-carb, high-protein meatloaf.

Ingredients
  • cooking spray
  • 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
Directions
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a loaf dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2. Mix ground beef, ground turkey, eggs, Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Place in the prepared pan. Cover.
  3. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
