
Ginger Detox Tea

Description
This tea is quick and easy. Ginger is known for its calming properties and lemon for its cleansing. Regardless, it tastes great!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups water
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon peeled and chopped fresh ginger root
- 1 teaspoon loose green tea
- 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
Directions
- 1. Bring water to a boil. Add lemon juice and ginger; simmer for 3 minutes. Strain into a tea cup.
- 2. Pack a tea infuser with tea leaves; place in the hot water and let steep, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in honey.
