Description

This tea is quick and easy. Ginger is known for its calming properties and lemon for its cleansing. Regardless, it tastes great!

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon peeled and chopped fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon loose green tea
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
Directions
  1. 1. Bring water to a boil. Add lemon juice and ginger; simmer for 3 minutes. Strain into a tea cup.
  2. 2. Pack a tea infuser with tea leaves; place in the hot water and let steep, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in honey.
