
Easy Mac and Cheese Soup

Description
This easy soup recipe is a hit with the kids. Serve it with crusty grilled sandwiches!
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) package uncooked macaroni and cheese
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup water
- 2 ½ cups milk
- 1 (11 ounce) can condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
Directions
- 1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Do not stir in the sauce.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, combine broccoli, onion and water. Bring to a boil and cook until broccoli is tender. Stir in macaroni, cheese mixture from package, milk, soup and ham. Return to a boil briefly. Serve hot.
