Description
These cookies are fruitful and delightful....very delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup whole bran cereal
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 bananas, mashed
- ½ cup finely chopped almonds
- 1 ½ cups dried apricots, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
- 2. In large bowl, combine oil, bananas, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in oats, oat bran cereal and salt. Fold in apricots and almonds. Drop dough by spoonfuls 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
- 3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are light brown.
