Description

A whole wheat sourdough bread for the bread machine. The whole wheat flour adds a nice flavor and texture to your basic sourdough bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups sourdough starter
  • ⅓ cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons margarine
  • 1 ½ tablespoons white sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
  1. 1. Add ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select whole wheat setting.
