Description
A whole wheat sourdough bread for the bread machine. The whole wheat flour adds a nice flavor and texture to your basic sourdough bread.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups sourdough starter
- ⅓ cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 1 ½ tablespoons margarine
- 1 ½ tablespoons white sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
- 1. Add ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select whole wheat setting.
