Description
This recipe is very large and is used for a grocery store. I would recommend using a third or a quarter of the ingredients for a normal portion. Garnish with caramel and honey-roasted peanuts if desired. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 5 pounds red and green apples, unpeeled, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 3 (16 ounce) containers whipped topping, thawed
- 2 (12 ounce) jars caramel ice cream topping
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (12 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
Directions
- 1. Place apples, whipped topping, caramel topping, pineapple, and marshmallows in a large bowl and mix well.
