Ingredients
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ pound tilapia fillets
- 8 buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), crushed
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- 2. Combine mayonnaise, cumin, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 3. Place tilapia in an ungreased glass baking dish. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top and sprinkle with crushed crackers.
- 4. Bake in the preheated oven until fillets flake easily when tested with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.
