Description

This is a really quick to prepare steak, with a little bit of kick. Though prep time is fast it is better enjoyed when marinated for at least 8 hours. Buen Provecho!

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup tequila
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 ounces London broil steak
Directions
  1. 1. Combine the tequila, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic in a blender; blend until smooth. Place the steak on a plate; pour marinade over the steak. Place in refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
  3. 3. Grill steak to desired degree of doneness, 7 to 8 minutes per side for medium.
