Description

For those that are carb and calorie-conscious, these spicy keto zucchini chips are the most perfect snack to enjoy any time of the day.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 large zucchinis, thinly sliced
  • Cooking spray
Directions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Combine lime zest, lime juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. 3. Place zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle lime mixture on top.
