Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 large zucchinis, thinly sliced
- Cooking spray
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Combine lime zest, lime juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 3. Place zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle lime mixture on top.
- 4. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and crispy, 45 to 60 minutes.
