Kielbasa Potato Bake

Description
Sliced Polish kielbasa and red potatoes baked with onions, pepper, and celery.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Polish kielbasa sausage, cut into thin slices
- 4 medium red potatoes, cut into thin slices
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried cilantro
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter, sliced into small pieces
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2. Mix sausage, potatoes, celery, bell pepper, onion, green onions, parsley, basil, cilantro, rosemary, and salt together in a casserole dish. Distribute pats of butter evenly on top of mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
- 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes.
