Steakhouse Garlic Butter Potato, Pan Grill

Description

Ingredients
- 2 pounds small golden potatoes, large dice
- 1 cup (1-inch-thick) yellow onion slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
- 1 ½ teaspoons granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Directions
- 1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, butter, vegetable base, garlic, paprika, potatoes and onions. Toss to coat.
- 3. Pour mixture into an aluminum grilling pan and place directly on grill.
- 4. Cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
