Rose Hip Iced Tea

Description
Rose hips make a refreshingly delicious iced tea and are naturally high in vitamin C and antioxidants. You can use dried rose hips as stated here, or simply use four rose hip tea bags in place of the 4 tablespoons rose hips.
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 tablespoons dried rosehips
- 1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
Directions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add rosehips to boiling water, cover, reduce heat, 8and simmer gently for about 8 minutes.
- 2. Remove from heat and stir in sugar until dissolved. Leave covered to steep for 10 minutes.
- 3. Strain tea through a fine sieve. Cool to room temperature, then transfer to the fridge to chill.
