Description

Hummus is a wholesome, flavorful appetizer or even a side dish (and it's perfect for picnics). After trying many brands and flavors, there's nothing like homemade. Pair with my homemade pita chips.

Ingredients
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. 1. Combine chickpeas, feta cheese, tahini, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, and cinnamon in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.
