Description
This salad is wonderful! The combination of mandarin oranges and tuna is delightful! Top with Italian dressing and nuts.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 (10 ounce) package mixed baby greens
- 1 Granny Smith apple - peeled, cored and diced
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
Directions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat, and saute the tuna until heated through.
- 2. In a medium bowl, toss together tuna, salad greens, apple, and mandarin oranges.
