Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
Directions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 4-inch mini cake pan or a ramekin.
  2. 2. Combine egg, coconut flour, almond flour, coconut milk, butter, and baking soda in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Pour dough into the prepared pan.
  3. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until set, 18 to 20 minutes.
