Description
I used this sauce on wings and they were super good.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- 1. Combine chicken broth, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer sauce, stirring often, until flavors combine, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Whisk water and cornstarch together in a small bowl. Pour into the saucepan; simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
