Description
Crunchy peanut butter graham balls! Easy and quick cookies everyone will love!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (13.5 ounce) package graham cracker crumbs
Directions
- 1. Combine rice cereal, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, margarine, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix together by hand. Roll into 24 cookie balls.
- 2. Pour graham cracker crumbs into a shallow bowl. Roll cookie balls in graham crumbs until evenly coated.
