Description

Crunchy peanut butter graham balls! Easy and quick cookies everyone will love!

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) package graham cracker crumbs
Directions
  1. 1. Combine rice cereal, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, margarine, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix together by hand. Roll into 24 cookie balls.
  2. 2. Pour graham cracker crumbs into a shallow bowl. Roll cookie balls in graham crumbs until evenly coated.
