Fruity Company Mimosa
I serve this mimosa variation all the time and it is always a hit!
- 1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar, chilled
- 1 (12 ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle Champagne
- 1. Combine apricot nectar, pineapple juice, and orange juice concentrate in a large pitcher. Stir in Champagne just before serving.
