Description
Prepared chopped onions and garlic help get these tasty burgers with Cheddar cheese on the table fast, for a quick lunch or weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup Birds Eye® Recipe Ready Chopped Onions & Garlic
- 6 slices Cheddar cheese
- 6 roll (blank)s hamburger buns
- 6 leaves Lettuce leaves
Directions
- 1. Combine ground beef and Recipe Ready Chopped Onions, Garlic in medium bowl; shape into 6 patties.
- 2. Grill or broil until desired doneness; top with cheese.* Serve on buns with lettuce leaves and, if desired, sliced tomatoes.
