Habanero Heat Salad Dressing

Description
Slightly sweet salad dressing can sub as a dip, glaze, or marinade for chicken, seafood, or red meat.
Ingredients
- 1 habanero pepper, seeded and chopped (wear gloves)
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Directions
- 1. Place the habanero pepper, olive oil, rice vinegar, peanut butter, water, and garlic into a blender, and process until smooth. Add sesame seeds, and pulse once or twice just to mix. Pour into serving bowl.
