Description

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can RED GOLD® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery & Green Pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups American processed cheese singles, shredded
Directions
- 1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain well. Add tomatoes and water; bring to a boil.
- 2. Add macaroni and bring back to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until macaroni is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and stir until cheese is melted.
