Description

An easy to prepare, cooked, cranberry relish. Goes great with ham, poultry and pork. Originally submitted to ThanksgivingRecipe.com.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound cranberries
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
  • 1 ½ cups sweetened-dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ⅔ cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
Directions
  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart sauce pan and cook over medium heat until cranberries pop. Serve warm or cold. As it the relish sits it thickens up.
