Description
This is a yummy protein-packed smoothie with fresh or frozen raspberries, blueberries, mango, and Greek yogurt. Add extra protein powder, if you like, or a banana for a thicker smoothie.
Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup fresh mango - peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
Directions
- 1. Combine raspberries, blueberries, mango, yogurt, and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
