Description

This vegan whipped cream recipe can be used on anything you would put whipped cream on!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup water, or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. 1. Combine cashews and 2 cups of water in a bowl; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
  2. 2. Discard soaking water, rinse cashews, and transfer to a blender. Add just enough fresh water to cover cashews. Blend, adding water as needed to achieve a smooth consistency. Add maple syrup and vanilla; blend to combine.
