Description
Delicious keto hot chocolate without sugar, carbs, or guilt! Just the nutrition of real chocolate and cream!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 ¼ cups hot water, divided
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon liquid no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®), or to taste
Directions
- 1. Place cocoa and cinnamon into a medium pot. Add 1/4 cup hot water and whisk over medium heat until fully combined. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring continuously, for 2 minutes.
- 2. Stir heavy cream into the mixture, followed by remaining water and sweetener. Continue to cook and stir over medium heat, making sure it does not boil, until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
