Description

This started out as a way to hide a carrot in a smoothie, but ended up being more about the carrot with fruit hidden inside! If you'd like to add ice, go ahead. I didn't and it came out fine.

Ingredients
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 large fresh peach, chopped
  • ¼ cup soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
  1. 1. Pulse carrot and mango together in a blender until roughly chopped. Add peach, soy milk, cinnamon, allspice, and ginger; blend until smooth.
