Description
This is a yummy dip for corn tortillas or to put on the top of some nachos.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese
- 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- 1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, avocado, and chiles; season with salt and pepper.
