Marinated Fruit Salad

Description
This tropical fruit salad with pineapple, persimmons, kiwi, apple, and grapes is marinated in orange marmalade and juice.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe pineapple - peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
- 3 kiwis, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 2 Fuyu persimmons, peeled and thinly sliced
- ¾ cup pineapple-orange-banana juice
- ½ cup orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 bananas
Directions
- 1. Combine pineapple, kiwis, grapes, apple, and persimmons in a large serving bowl.
- 2. Stir together pineapple-orange-banana juice, marmalade, and ginger in a small bowl. Pour over fruit and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
- 3. Slice bananas. Remove fruit salad from refrigerator and add bananas; toss gently to combine.
