- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 fresh green chile peppers
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1. Blend the onion, green chile peppers, mint, lemon juice, and salt together in a blender until smooth.
