Description

This is a wonderful and light dressing-dip to dress up some fresh cut fruit and berries. Perfect when you want sneak in some extra nutrition to an already perfect food (fruit).

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup confectioners' sugar
  • 12 fresh mint leaves, chopped
Directions
  1. 1. Stir the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add the confectioners' sugar and mix. Fold the mint into the mixture.
