Fresh Fruit Minty Dip

Description
This is a wonderful and light dressing-dip to dress up some fresh cut fruit and berries. Perfect when you want sneak in some extra nutrition to an already perfect food (fruit).
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅓ cup confectioners' sugar
- 12 fresh mint leaves, chopped
Directions
- 1. Stir the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add the confectioners' sugar and mix. Fold the mint into the mixture.
