Description

This a wonderful herbed, cheese bread to serve with soup.

Ingredients
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ¼ cups bread flour
  • ¾ cup oat bran
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ cup vital wheat gluten
  • 1.188 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
Directions
  1. 1. Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Oat/French or White Bread cycle and the Light setting for the crust. Start.
