Description
This a wonderful herbed, cheese bread to serve with soup.
Ingredients
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 ¼ cups bread flour
- ¾ cup oat bran
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ cup vital wheat gluten
- 1.188 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
Directions
- 1. Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Oat/French or White Bread cycle and the Light setting for the crust. Start.
