Description

This recipe used a Vitamix® blender, and doesn't require soaking the oats at all!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon caramel extract (such as Watkins®)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla syrup (such as Torani®)
Directions
  1. 1. Combine water, oats, caramel extract, and sugar-free vanilla syrup in a high-powered blender. Process on high speed for 1 minute. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or nut-milk bag, if desired.
