Description
This is my favorite smoothie with many health benefits. It looks great and tastes the same. The avocado gives it a real creamy texture.
Ingredients
- ¼ fresh pineapple, peeled
- 1 Golden Delicious apple, quartered
- 1 small beet, top and bottom trimmed
- ¼ cup fresh spinach, or to taste
- ¼ cup mixed berries, or to taste
- ½ banana
- ½ avocado, peeled
- 3 ice cubes
Directions
- 1. Process pineapple, apple, beet, and spinach through a juicer.
- 2. Blend juice, berries, banana, avocado, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
