Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- 3 mashed bananas
- ¼ cup raisins, or to taste
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- 2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Pour in milk, olive oil, and avocado oil. Add mashed bananas and raisins and stir to combine. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
- 3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 60 to 65 minutes. Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
