Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • ¼ cup raisins, or to taste
Directions
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. 2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Pour in milk, olive oil, and avocado oil. Add mashed bananas and raisins and stir to combine. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
  3. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 60 to 65 minutes. Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
