Description

A low-calorie frappe that whips up to a nice creamy consistency thanks to the carbonation in the root beer.

Ingredients
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle root beer, cold
  • water, or as needed
  • 1 ¼ cups skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate flavoring syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free caramel flavoring syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee (such as Folgers®)
  • 1 tablespoon imitation vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener, or to taste
Directions
  1. 1. Pour root beer into an ice cube tray, adding water to fill the tray as needed.
  2. 2. Freeze until solid, 2 to 3 hours.
  3. 3. Combine frozen root beer, milk, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, instant coffee, vanilla extract, and sweetener in a blender; blend until smooth.
