Zesty Cheesy Chili Mac

Description
Your busy weeknight meal is on the table in just over half an hour with this cheesy chili mac--it's loaded with flavor and will be a new family favorite.
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
- 1 (24 ounce) jar RAGÚ® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce
- 1 (11 ounce) can Mexican-style corn, drained
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a large, deep casserole dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- 3. While pasta cooks, melt butter in large, heavy-bottomed skillet; add onions and saute for 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Add salt, tomatoes, chili seasoning, and Ragu® Old World Style® Traditional sauce. Stir to combine and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until ready to add to pasta.
- 4. Drain pasta and return to pot. Stir in corn and 1 1/2 cups of cheese; mix until evenly combined. Stir in the chili. Pour into the casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake until hot and bubbling, about 15 minutes.
- 5. Top with cilantro before serving.
