Description

A delicious blueberry sorbet that is very refreshing on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
Directions
  1. 1. Combine blueberries, sugar, water, lemon zest, and juice in the bowl of a food processor and process until pureed.
  2. 2. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and process for 30 minutes according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour.
