Description

A mix of the variations I have seen here! I hope you like it.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • 1 pinch ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
  1. 1. Use your hands to thoroughly mix the ground beef, ground pork, salt, chili powder, coriander, cumin, black pepper, garlic, and lemon juice together in a bowl. Transfer to an air-tight container; store in refrigerator for 4 days until using or freezing.
