Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ¼ cup chili powder
- 1 pinch ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
- 1. Use your hands to thoroughly mix the ground beef, ground pork, salt, chili powder, coriander, cumin, black pepper, garlic, and lemon juice together in a bowl. Transfer to an air-tight container; store in refrigerator for 4 days until using or freezing.
