
Easy Cheesy Bacon Potato Soup

Description
If you need a fast and easy soup after a hard day's work, this is it!
Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 ½ cups water
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 8 ounces cheese spread with bacon
Directions
- 1. In a covered medium saucepan over high heat, combine the potatoes, onions, water and bouillon. Bring all to a boil and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- 2. Add the cheese spread and mash with a potato masher. Add more water if a thinner soup is desired.
