Banana-Nutella® Tortilla Pizza
This 'pizza' is a healthy but tasty snack! It's great for someone with a sweet-tooth but it's better for you. I decided to make my own twist on dessert pizzas with ingredients that I had in my kitchen.
- ½ cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), or to taste
- 1 large tortilla
- 1 banana, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1. Spread chocolate-hazelnut spread onto 1 side of the tortilla and top with banana slices.
- 2. Place tortilla in a large skillet and cook over high heat until tortilla is crispy and sturdy, about 5 minutes. Transfer "pizza" to a plate and cool, 3 to 4 minutes. Cut into 4 slices.
