Description
This recipe is sort of like a coleslaw but very very simple.
Ingredients
- ½ medium head cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 green onion, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onion and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste, toss and serve.
