
DIY Cocoa-Hazelnut Spread

Description
This homemade cocoa-hazelnut spread is great on toast or ice cream, as a fruit dip--the possibilities are endless!
Ingredients
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup unsalted hazelnuts, toasted
Directions
- 1. Place all ingredients in Oster® Versa® Performance Blender in order listed; PULSE on HIGH 2 to 3 times, using tamper to press ingredients into blade.
- 2. Blend on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until creamy; transfer to a covered container.
- 3. Store airtight in refrigerator.
