Description

This homemade cocoa-hazelnut spread is great on toast or ice cream, as a fruit dip--the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup unsalted hazelnuts, toasted
Directions
  1. 1. Place all ingredients in Oster® Versa® Performance Blender in order listed; PULSE on HIGH 2 to 3 times, using tamper to press ingredients into blade.
  2. 2. Blend on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until creamy; transfer to a covered container.
  3. 3. Store airtight in refrigerator.
