Description
This is fabulous on nut bread, crackers, flat bread, and fruit!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon-infused olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ pound soft goat cheese (such as Laura Chenel's Chevre®)
Directions
- 1. Gently whisk olive oil and honey together in a small pot over low heat until smooth and warm, about 5 minutes. Remove pot from heat and cool.
- 2. Beat goat cheese and oil-honey mixture together in a bowl using an electric mixer until creamy; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
