Vegan Gluten-Free Breakfast Bowl
I have recently discovered smoothie breakfast bowls and am enjoying trying different combinations. This one is dairy free and gluten free but packed with flax seeds and almonds for energy.
- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen raspberries, plus more for garnish
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped, toasted almonds
- 1. Combine banana, raspberries, and orange juice in a blender; puree until smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl; top with flax seeds, chopped almonds, and extra raspberries.
