Description

I have recently discovered smoothie breakfast bowls and am enjoying trying different combinations. This one is dairy free and gluten free but packed with flax seeds and almonds for energy.

Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped, toasted almonds
Directions
  1. 1. Combine banana, raspberries, and orange juice in a blender; puree until smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl; top with flax seeds, chopped almonds, and extra raspberries.
