This recipe is quick, delicious and great for vegetarians.

Ingredients
  • 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tomato, quartered
  • 1 large orange, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions
  1. 1. In a large, heavy saucepan combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, celery, red onion, raisins, walnuts, tomato, orange and garlic. Cook on medium-high until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
