Description

Very rich but delicious!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup honey
  • ¾ cup tahini
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup water
Directions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a tube pan or a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl combine oil, honey, tahini, baking powder and nutmeg; mix well. Stir in flour, sesame seeds and water. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
