Description
This is a green smoothie that I created for the September challenge of BlackWomenLosingWeight.com. Makes about 16 ounces! Prep time depends on whether the mango and kiwi are already peeled and sliced.
Ingredients
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- ½ cup green grapes
- ¼ mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup spinach
- 2 cubes ice cubes, or as needed
Directions
- 1. Blend kiwi, pineapple, grapes, mango, and water in a blender until smooth. Add spinach and blend again until spinach is completely integrated. Add ice and blend until ice is completely integrated.
