Description

Imagine a fluffy biscuit filled with Golden Delicious apples, cream cheese, and apple pie spice.

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon butter, or as needed
  • 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup grated fresh ginger
  • 1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Directions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a baking sheet.
  2. 2. Combine apple pie filling, ginger, and cream cheese in a bowl; mix filling thoroughly.
  3. 3. Roll out each biscuit; add 3 tablespoons filling on 1 side of each. Fold the other side of the biscuit over the filling. Place pockets on the prepared sheet.
  4. 4. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
