Apple-Cheese Pockets

Description
Imagine a fluffy biscuit filled with Golden Delicious apples, cream cheese, and apple pie spice.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter, or as needed
- 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
- ⅓ cup grated fresh ginger
- 1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a baking sheet.
- 2. Combine apple pie filling, ginger, and cream cheese in a bowl; mix filling thoroughly.
- 3. Roll out each biscuit; add 3 tablespoons filling on 1 side of each. Fold the other side of the biscuit over the filling. Place pockets on the prepared sheet.
- 4. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
