Description
This nutritious smoothie has over 18 grams of protein and will fill you up. Great for breakfast on the go!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup nonfat milk
- ¼ cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
- 4 strawberries, hulled, or more to taste
- 2 teaspoons granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 small ice cubes
Directions
- 1. Combine milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, strawberries, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until ice is mostly smooth. Serve immediately.
