Description

I was trying to find a dessert that was no-carb and high in protein to fit in my diet so one night I decided to make my own recipe and it turned out delicious and my family even loved them. They don't like healthy food that much and they requested I make more! It has no sugar but they have a real sweet flavor to them. And you can lose weight and build muscle by eating brownies, how great is that?

Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 scoops cookies 'n cream flavored whey protein powder (such as Body Fortress®)
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter (such as Smucker's®)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. 2. Mix almond milk, protein powder, peanut butter, egg whites, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth. Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. 3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 15 minutes. Let cool, about 5 minutes, before cutting into 10 squares.
